Our listed prices are for 1-4 guests. We charge $32 per night for every guest above four.

We believe that the villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Note that having more than six people in the villa may impact the overall comfort and experience. For groups larger than six, please contact us for more information.
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 56 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 56 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
