This comfortable home is named 'Pelican Peak' and it has been our family dream home for many years. After a short five-minute drive along a winding rural road with radical turns, you'll arrive at Pelican Peak, a stunning vacation home nestled high, offering breathtaking views of the azure blue Caribbean Sea and nearby islands. From here, you can overlook Apple Bay on the western part of the island, where almost every day ends with a glittering sunset.

From anywhere within the main villa, the guest house, outside on the deck, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the garden you will be able to see far and wide across the Caribbean Sea while you are listening to the waves breaking on Apple Bay’s beach.

Layout 

The property consists of two houses: the main house and a guest house. The main house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom, which is located downstairs and features a king-sized bed, has a lovely attached outdoor bathroom with stunning views of the islands. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds. Please note that this room is more suitable for younger guests, as the second bathroom is located at the bottom of the spiral stairs. The guest house features a king-sized bed and a bunk bed in a divided area, making it ideal for younger children. The guest house bathroom is comfortable and includes a shower, double sink, and an additional outdoor shower that offers breathtaking views of the islands. All rooms fully open up to the outdoor areas, but if needed, you can close them up and use the air-conditioning. Go to the top.

Amenities
All beds are made with high-quality, fresh linens. There are plenty of fluffy towels  provided, we have a hair hair-dryer, toilet paper, and essential toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. For added convenience, there are two large refrigerators. Outside on the deck, you will find a Compact BBQ grill. For entertainment, we provide a small Smart TV and a Bose sound dock that works with Bluetooth. The villa also has high-speed internet for your convenience. You can also request to use our washer and dryer, and an iron and board are available. Go to the top.

Midweek Cleaning Service
If you stay for seven nights or longer, we offer a midweek cleaning service free of charge. During this service, we'll change your towels, and we'll change your bedsheets weekly.

While you'll need to provide your own meals, we can provide you with information about a private chef upon request. Go to the top.
Capacity
We believe that the villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Note that having more than six people in the villa may impact the overall comfort and experience. For groups larger than six, please contact us for more information. Go to the top.
